Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born in South London, England into an ethnically diverse family. Both her parents are both English. Her family was raised on a council estate south of London. When she was 14, she attended The Brit School. She attended an academy called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in which she earned a BA in acting. At the academy was when she performed in various stage productions, such as the King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her career as an actor through the film Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe made her debut motion picture in the 2007 Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. After the film's success, Madekwe was cast as Elisha in The BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and appeared for six seasons Trexx and Flipside. Madekwe played Bambi on the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a star in 2008's comedy How to Alienate and Lose Friends. Her theatre credits includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams and Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe first aired in the US by presenting The Beautiful Life. The drama program ran on The CW for only two episodes, before it was cancelled. In February, she was cast 2011, as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe's departure from the series was announced in May 2013. Following two seasons as a main character, she made a guest performance in the opening episode of season 3. The actress portrayed Tituba in the television series Salem between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe was married to her long-time love, Iddo. Together, they worked in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He was also a part of the cast alongside Madekwe on Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress that was nominated two times for a Gemini Award, comes from an extensive Hamilton family. Her family included the parents Roy and Patty together with four older brothers: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's athletic brothers played baseball during summers and hockey in the winter. Ashley did not have the ability to walk, however she did dance. As she was two and a half, she started Baby Ballet and fell in love. Ashley discovered her love for dancing at the age of. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions for jazz, tap hip-hop, ballet the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe, until she finished in high school. Top soloists at important competitions like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more were awarded to Ashley.
